Unique project Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is looking for an experienced INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

POSITION PROFILE:

Due to the growth of construction activity, we are looking for experienced professional Infrastructure Construction Supervisor to supervise Tbilisi Hills complex underground utilities and roads construction. We will be glad to meet with a person who is well organized and pays attention to details.

Infrastructure construction supervisor will be involved in the permanent supervision of contractors and other staff in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the sites.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

· Daily supervision of infrastructure projects execution from initiation phase till handover

· Permanent monitoring of the works. Visit and supervise multiple sites during the course of a day (your work is ca 80/20% sites/office)

· Ensure filling and storage of required site documentation

· Monitoring the timing of the implementation of key stages and basic operations

· Control of BoQ and execution documentation

· Quality control of the work performed, signing acts of hidden works, tests, etc.

· Control and ensuring of compliance with design drawings

· Controlling time schedules

· Preparation of site daily and progress reports

· Submit timely necessary notices to contractors

· Attend site meetings, liaise with team members and all parties involved to ensure that projects are on track and there are enough manpower, machinery and materials to get the job done

· Manage challenges related to the involvement of multiple contractors on site

· Acceptance of the work performed, checking composition, volume and quality, avoiding poor-quality work and overestimation of the amount of work

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· 5 years of professional experience on relevant position in construction field

· Good planning, controlling and multitasking skills

· Preferably university degree in engineering

· Fluency in Georgian. English may be considered as advantage

· Knowledge of MS Office and CAD is a must. Knowledge of MS Project is a good asset

· Ability to read, follow up and review design documentation

· Attention to details and sense of responsibility

· Good communication skills
