As the world is moving toward more sustainable resources, including the source of electrical power,  Tbilisi Hills now have joining the world’s tendencies with its own solar energy park. The construction of it has just recently been completed. The solar energy park is now already running and providing green and sustainable power to all of Tbilisi Hills.

The park itself has been built on 7000 square meters of land in Teleti, Gardabani municipality. For which 0.5 million USD were put aside. The whole solar park has the capacity to provide up to half-megawatt of power, which is more than enough for our whole project of 331 hectares.

Recently, the international real estate federation FIABCI awarded Tbilisi Hills with Golden prize as the most Eco-friendly project of the year. It is a great honor to receive such international recognition and be acknowledged as one of the best in the industry.

The prize doubles our motivation and responsibility to continue building biggest solar station in Georgia to be created for real estate project.
