“Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences” is the holder of the FIABCI –  Prix d’ Excellence 2022 golden award for being an energy efficient and the most green development project in Georgia.

Receiving such prize is an honor for our company as we use modern technologies, construction and site operation methods to create eco-friendly environment. This makes the building process much more efficient and therefore sustainable, since there is not unnecessary amount of energy being used. Some of these sustainable methods in use are – building information modeling, offsite construction and construction monitoring. Solar energy is also used, as well as high-quality construction materials that have been licensed in Europe.

90% of the “Tbilisi Hills” territory is made up of parks, recreation areas and golf course, so the nature is preserved and only 10% of the whole project consists of constructed infrastructure. All fences in the area must be made of evergreens, no concrete is allowed. There are also chargers for electric cars on the premises that could be used for free.
