Tbilisi Hills has started working on the design of a unique and multifunctional sport and wellness complex, and this stage of the whole process is nearing its end.

About the Project

The Sport & Wellness project will soon provide an excellent space for those who prioritize physical well-being and uncompromising perfection. This place will be an outstanding destination for all Tbilisi Hills residents, golf enthusiasts, ambitious professionals, and anyone seeking excellence.

The complex will blend indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a 2000 sq.m. enclosed building, a 600 sq.m. open area, and an outdoor pool. To ensure maximum convenience for guests, the project will include a parking lot with space for 120 cars.

According to the architectural design, the Sport & Wellness complex will accommodate up to 200 visitors simultaneously.

The project boasts a unique location, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the Shavnabada Monastery and the cityscape.

Facilities

Tbilisi Hills’ new venture is designed to cater to the individual needs of our guests and residents. The complex will feature swimming pools and a sunbathing area.

The second floor will be adorned with a café terrace, providing a perfect setting to relax and relish the breathtaking views and tranquil atmosphere. In the same area, you can also enjoy tennis, pickleball, and a 25-meter swimming pool. Classic hot and steam saunas will be available within the complex. Furthermore, the project includes a spacious lounge and workspace for those who wish to attend to their duties without leaving the club area
